Registered Advertisers can exercise their rights to personal data on this page, in the forms available below. The effects will be immediate.

To do so, it is necessary that you accept the use of cookies, and log in with the same user that you use in the Control Panel. You can delete the cookies later. If your personal information does not appear, we do not have it. We recommend the use of the Google Chrome browser for the proper functioning of the forms.



Right to access

You can access your personal data in the following Form. You can make a copy of your data using the button on your ‘Print Screen’ keyboard.

Right to rectification

To rectify your data, you can do so through the Advertiser’s Control Panel

If you want to rectify your Control Panel user, you must delete your personal data, and re-register with the desired user.

Right to erasure

You can delete your personal data in the following Form. Please note that, when deleting your data:

  • You will lose access to the Control Panel
  • Your ads will cease to be published
  • Your subscribers will be deleted. You will no longer be able to send them messages or files.

However, for historical and statistical purposes, your advertising credit purchase and return history, and ad statistics (impressions, clicks, publication areas, etc.) are retained.

Attention In order to delete your data, it is essential that there are no advertising credits available. If you still have credits available, you have to wait for them to be spent, or request their return, through your Control Panel.

Right to limitation of treatment

You can exercise your right to limitation of treatment in the following form. Please note that, when limiting the treatment of your data:

  • You will lose access to the Control Panel
  • Your NGO will be withdrawn from the project. Your accumulated votes will be removed, your NGO will not appear in the app, and users will not be able to vote for your NGO as a recipient of our donations. Your NGO will not receive donations from 3warnings.
  • Your subscribers will be deleted. You will no longer be able to send them messages or files.

However, if you have received a donation from 3warnings, your NGO will appear in our donation history, which is public, as it justifies the donations we make to our users.

Right to data portability

According to the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU RGPD), you have the right to data portability. This right consists of:

  • to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a controller, in a structured format, commonly used and machine-readable, and to transmit them to another controller without being prevented by the controller to whom they have been provided.

In this form you can obtain a file in json format, with your personal data, which you can transmit to another data controller.

  • to transmit your personal data directly from controller to controller where technically possible

In this form you can give and withdraw permissions to other data controller to access your data through our API. To do so, you must provide the Google Accounts of those responsibles to whom access will be provided.

Right to opposition

In case that you oppose the processing of your personal data, the app will no longer function, so in our case, the right of cancellation and opposition are equivalent. You can exert your right of opposition in the same Form as in the case of cancellation.

Right of opposition and automated individual decisions

By opposing the processing of your data, the app can no longer function, so in our case, the right of opposition and erasure are equivalent. You can exercise your right of opposition in the same way as in the case of erasure, in the Form .

With respect to the right to object to automated individual decisions, it is the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects on it or significantly affects it in a similar way. 3warnings informs you that it does not carry out any such procedure.

Right to file a complaint with a Control Authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, any data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he has his habitual residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement, if he considers that the processing of personal data concerning him infringes the European General Data Protection Regulation.
